The Central Administration
    The Immaculate Conception Catholic School is headed by the School Director/Principal, Rev. Fr. Hurley John S. Solfelix. and Administrative Assistant, Mr. Conrado A. Quinagon who oversee key initiatives related to academics, school development and alumni relations, personnel, security, and other school-wide concerns. When there are events out-of-town events such as Zone III Meet, PRISAA, Diocesan Schools Meet and CEAP Convention, they are the ones who represent the school. They also serve as the schools' own supervisor for they observe how the students and educators work as a team in making the ICCS a better place to study and live just to have the best learning community  which the school empowers and what the school's aim is-  that is to give everything the Immaculadian Community can offer.

The Administrtive Office

    The Administrative Office is located at centermost room of the Annex Building. This office aims to give every student, parents, alumni, and the Faculty what they need. The students may go to this office they want something or if they have any suggestions for the improvement of the school. Any individual Immaculatus may also proceed here if they want to profuse something or someone else. It is also the place which may be considered as the school's Councelling Office.
    Regarding to the students' abilities, parents may go here if they want to ask further explanations regarding the grades of their sons and daughters. Even the students who are placed under probation due to some reasons may be councelled here.
    Regarding reunions, whoever alumni and present student may proceed here to ask clarifications and notifications. They might be informed about any upcoming event the school is about to celebrate.
    Regarding the educators' teaching performances, they might be called to proceed here due to some sort of wrong teaching abilities. Students who also have commended their grades might be called here facing the teacher/s concern.
    In any way, this office is regarded to as the central administration because maybe of its location. The school's next highest staff following the School Director/Principal is based here- he is the Administrative Assistant namely Mr. Conrado A. Quinagon
